Fresh, cleanand quiet room with new mattress and freshly shampooed carpet. Great service. Felt safe. Especially attentive staff. I've stayed here many times and come back whenever I'm in the area. Never dissappointed.
1. Guests Services (THE STAFF) gave professional and decent service. 2. Despite the nasty weather conditions outside during my stay, the hotel itself was fairly clean. 3. Housekeeping provided excellent service 4. Laundry room was clean, plenty of washer and dryers, hardly ever used, but it might have something to do with the FACT the washer/ dryers are VERY expensive. 5. The pricing at this location (EXTENDED STAYS) compared to others in the area is almost between 50/75 dollars cheaper. 6. This particular location is near everything shopping, services and foods. 7. The rooms are in need of updating and repairs. TWO MINUSES 1. THE PERSON UPSTAIRS FROM ME WAS STOMPING TOO MUCH. 2. THE ALARM KEPT GOING OFF IN THE HOTEL.
staff is the sweetest and nicest people ever! i stayed at the itasca one and it doesn’t even come close to this one. staff will make you feel very welcome and the rooms are very clean! internet works well and they have free coffee and muffins every morning
I've been very satisfied with my long term rental. Mostly because the Manager Karina is wonderful !!! It's not always all about the property but the people that you have to work and deal with. She bends over backwards to keep customers happy. Carlos is also fantastic. Feels like family for me.
Great customer service rooms are clean and I’m a quiet location. Front desk staff is amazing and prompt! I arrived a little early for a work trip and they allowed me to check in with no problem. Will definitely stay again
I had a really comfortable stay at Extended Stay America Suites – Chicago – Woodfield Mall. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious, and having a full kitchen made a huge difference for me during the stay. The staff was friendly and helpful every time I needed something, especially at check-in and during housekeeping requests. The location is also a big plus—right by Woodfield Mall, restaurants, and stores, so everything I needed was within a few minutes.
This hotel was ok if you just need an place to stay for an couple of nights of even just one night, but I don't recommend it if you're going to be spending a lot of time in your room. The TV is all cable, so there isn't much to wash. The walls are not soundproof I could hear what the person next to me is saying and it can get annoying if you're trying to relax. Their breakfast is LITERALLY just coffee and protein bars. They only put one toilet paper in the room, so you gonna ask for extras. Overall I would say that this hotel is ok for short-term or if you don't plan on spending much time in your room.
This Extended Stay property is the best we've ever been to. Front desk staff is exceptional. Manager Karina is also amazing. She truly cares about the property and guests. Housekeeping and maintenance do a great job of keeping rooms and common areas clean and smelling great. I highly recommend staying at this location. Five-Star Experience!!
